| Cabin baggage is restricted to one piece per passenger, weighing
under 10kgs in total. It must fit into an overhead bin or under your seat
( I suggest you all get as much into your Cabin baggage as possible to reduce
the risk of having to pay excess baggage). We have to pay €20 each
way for our Clubs |

| It was decided at the AGM that a booking deposit of €250.00
should be paid by 23rd of June. In the event of a withdrawal, this deposit
is nonrefundable and will go towards paying any penalties incurred because
of the withdrawal, with the remainder being put into the prize fund. All
deposits will be lodged to the Rough Squad Bank Account and will be used
for any advanced booking deposits. |

"Paid Up" Rough Squad members have first refusal on places, with
places being offered to "subs" as they become available. Members
are requested to inform us ASAP if they are not traveling in order to give
us maximum time to fill places. |
