Rules Relating to Fixtures

1 Only paid up members of the Rough Squad need apply.
2 A deposit of €20 must be paid to Kieran Ryan to reserve a place, at least 3 weeks before each event.
3 Places are limited to 20 on all courses so bookings will be taken on a first come first served bases
4 Anyone who cannot play must inform the committee so as a replacement can be found.
5 Cancellations must be made at least three weeks before the event, otherwise deposits will not be refunded.

6 Any member wishing to invite a guests may do so by forwarding a deposit of 20.00 euro per guest. Should no place open up for the guest then the deposit will be refunded to the member on the day of the event.
7 As places become available they will be filled by guests on a first come first served bases so make sure you get the guest name and deposit in early. As a place becomes available the guest will be removed from the guest list and placed on the time sheet.

8 It is the responsibility of each member to check the time sheet before asking their guests to travel. We do not want guest showing up on the day of an event, only to find they don't have a place on the time sheet so CHECK to confirm .
